Wa Ode Exception Denied

Judge Anticorruption Court rejected Jakarta note exception or objection to charges that the defendants filed Wa Ode Nurhayati. This is a content interlocutory judge read out in court at the Corruption Court, Jakarta, Tuesday (05/03/2012).

In the hearing last week, Wa Ode and his lawyers filed a demurrer that it includes some of the points objected to the indictment KPK.
