Judge Anticorruption Court rejected Jakarta note exception or objection to charges that the defendants filed Wa Ode Nurhayati. This is a content interlocutory judge read out in court at the Corruption Court, Jakarta, Tuesday (05/03/2012).
According
to the judges, the team prepared an indictment prosecutors KPK is
complete, clear and detailed so that there is no reason for judges to
invalidate the indictment. On
this interim decision, the judges ordered prosecutors to continue
examination of Commission Wa Ode case in the trial by examining the
witnesses.
"Declare
the exception of Wa Ode defendant can not be accepted, ordered
prosecutors to continue examination of this case on behalf of Wa Ode
Nurhayati, and menanguhkan legal fees up to the judge's ruling," said
the Chief Justice, Suhartoyo.
In
the hearing last week, Wa Ode and his lawyers filed a demurrer that it
includes some of the points objected to the indictment KPK. The
first point, the Wa Ode assess indictment prosecutors are not drafted
carefully because no clear description of the facts, manipulative,
improper, slanderous, and fled.
Wa Ode objection was rejected by the judges. In
the discretion of judges to assess if an indictment is not against the

The
second point, related objection to the Wa Ode to assess the prosecutor
